Laura will not disclose any information to third parties. All readings are kept confidential unless she feels that the client may be in danger of hurting themselves or another, and then in this case only she will contact the proper authorities. References and photos will be used on this site only if express permission from the participant of the reading or owner of the photo is given respectively.

Cancellation Policy
Since Laura meditates on each client before their session (In person or by phone), a minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations. If not, you will be charged 50% of the sitting fee. If real severe weather of telephone communication difficulties we will schedule a new date.

For group readings, the deposit of $100 is NOT refundable if you need to cancel; however, you may use it towards another group reading or service with Laura within one year of the original service date.

“No Show” Policy
Time for your appointment has been specifically allotted for you. Therefore if you have not cancelled your appointment with a minimum notice of 24 hours and you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a "no show". With the exception of emergencies, "no show" clients will have NO refund.

Please make sure to be on time for your appointment. If you find you are running late, please call us as soon as you can before your appointment time. We may still be able to do your sitting; however, there is no guarantee that you will be able to receive the sitting length you had scheduled. Other clients might be scheduled right after your appointment. Thank you in advance for your consideration!

Refund Policy
In the rare instance that you do not recognize any information coming through in the first 10 minutes of your reading, Laura will stop the reading and your fee will be refunded. This policy is for individual sittings only (does not apply for group sittings), and it is limited to the following conditions being met: a) The first ten minutes of reading have been uninterrupted; and b) The sitter has not ingested alcoholic beverages before the session. This policy is in place as there are different reasons a connection may not be made (although it is rare not to connect); and Laura wants you to be comfortable in choosing her for your sitting.

Recording of Sessions
Sessions may be digitally recorded on MP3 or WAV format upon request, at no extra cost. A link for downloading the reading will be sent to you by email. Then you may burn it to a CD or add it to your music library for use on their iPod™ or MP3 player. MP3's, CD’s, and cassette tape recordings are not guaranteed; therefore it is highly recommended that you take notes during the session.
